1. Define. Working closely with you and your team, a Suncin staffing specialist will identify your requirement in a through, well established process that economizes your time. 

2. Evaluate. A series of technical and non-technical interview determines the candidates suitability- both in hard and soft skills- to meet your requirements. 

3. Present. Suncin will present only qualified candidates, facilitating the interviews and gathering feedback- all the while refining the process accordingly. Both Suncin and you will make the staffing decision together. 

4. Onboard. Consultant(s) are delivered to your site, arriving with the appropriate knowledge, equipment, expectations and travel arrangements. Suncin oversees that the on-board process is smooth and hassle-free. 

5. Maintain. Suncin performs ongoing engagement management, including operational and administrative support, performance management, training, billing, payroll and expense reimbursement
